In the light of everything that is going on with the coronavirus, we are committed to look out for the best interests of our community as a whole. We have implemented safety measures in our newly minted location to create that safe space for all of you to return to your fitness routine.

The Training Continues
Thank you for your patience as we respond to the government directives. We have been allowed to open as long as we pivot to low-intensity activities with participants and instructors wearing masks at all times.
We have made arrangements for a mix of on-site (in-person) and online services. On-site programmes will be skills and mobility-based. What better way to tackle our weaknesses than now?
We are thankful to be able to have all of you back at the box, and will continue to do our best to provide you with the support you need to pursue your fitness journey. Pleaser refer periodically to our socials for updates to our schedule for the week.
Yoga on Zoom
As important as it is to get the heart pumping, we must take care of the individual's physical recovery and mental state.
Through our Yoga classes, we aim to restore the individual mentally and physically through flexibility and breathing exercises.
Join us, for the month of May, from the comfort of your own home for Yoga on Zoom (Zoomga), every Saturday at 9:30AM.
