Everyone who has heard of CrossFit has their own impression on what it delivers in terms of health and fitness. With so many different CrossFit boxes out there, is there one that will truly fit your schedule and fitness goals?

Not sure if CrossFit is for you? We run a 1-hour introductory class every week. Here, you will get a condensed taste of what the psyche is behind the sport and how our classes are run.

 

If you're SURE you want to sign up, all our new athletes are required to go through our fundamental course.
