Every class is different, covering a range of movements that focus on building strength, balance, mobility, and conditioning.

Qualifications & Safety
The Legends class is programmed and led by a physiotherapist trained in geriatric conditions, a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and holds a CrossFit Masters certification. Participants will be screened prior to the first session, to get a better understanding of his/her pre-existing conditions, and exercises will be adjusted accordingly.
