Fundamentals is an introductory course that will expose you to some of the movements we do, explain the why behind our program, and demystify nutrition. Anyone who is new to CrossFit has to take Fundamentals. We strive to move with good mechanics consistently. That means doing the common uncommonly well. Fundamentals is the best place for you to learn new skills enter into this world of CrossFit!
*NOTE: Every student is limited to 2 make up classes for the duration of the course, subject to availability. Every additional make up class (i.e. from the third make up class onwards) will be at an additional cost of $35.
For the budding CrossFitter or if you want a good healthy dose of fitness worked into your weekly routines. Access to all our classes up to 3x a week.

New to town and looking for a home box? Or moving over from another box? You've come to the right place. We have a terrific community and a great team, and we would love to have you!
Every new member will need to go through an Introduction Class and/or Movement Screening Class prior to attending our regular classes. This is done to ensure that you have a solid foundation, sound technique, and an understanding of the sport. Your safety is of utmost importance to us and we want fitness to be a lifelong pursuit for every one of you.

Our personal training rates vary according to the coaching grades. We do offer multiple packages of personal training to best suit your needs and budget.
