Our coaches are certified to lead CrossFit programme for the elderly in Singapore, with a results-based approach teaching safe and effective methods to improve functional movement in activities of daily living.

Class Format

Every class is different, covering a range of movements that focus on building strength, balance, mobility, and conditioning.

Price 8-sessions: $270

Trial class: $20


Qualifications & Safety

The Masters class is programmed and led by a CrossFit Masters certification and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Participants will be screened prior to the first session, to get a better understanding of his/her pre-existing conditions, and exercises will be adjusted accordingly.
