A former competitive rower, Xiu Jing stumbled into CrossFit as a means to improve her performance in rowing. However, never did she expect that she would get hooked onto it and ended up ditching rowing for CrossFit. It was a tough decision but what kept her coming back was how constantly varied CrossFit movements were, the intensity it has to offer and the strong bond within the community.
Xiu Jing believes we should not only train hard but also train smart. What works for others may not work for you so be aware of your own strengths and weaknesses and do what serves you best! As part of the coaching team, she hopes to be able to help every athlete think the unthinkable and achieve the impossible their own way.
